All the orbs are first modelled in wax and painted with acrylic. For each image I used a photo from the object to be sure of the right perspective and paint for the basic collars. After that I worked on the pictures in Photoshop. I did make some test renders in Cinema4D to get an idea of the basic reflections on an Orb. (First I posted only the metal orbs but I think all the orbs together give a better impression since I liked to show the dismantling of this orb I like to hear all your comments!
